Our elopement packages are designed for intimate celebrations of 20 or less. We offer options for just the couple or small groups of family and friends. New Holland Parlor also offers wedding packages for larger groups and traditional weddings.
Our elopement package includes the option to use one of our beautifully curated silk floral collections, featuring three timeless styles and color palettes to choose from. These professionally designed bouquets and boutonnieres are a wonderful way to simplify your planning while still enjoying elegant florals on your wedding day.
As these arrangements are part of our rental collection, they remain the property of New Holland Parlor and cannot be taken home after your celebration.
If you’ve always envisioned carrying a bouquet that’s uniquely yours, you’re more than welcome to bring your own fresh or silk florals. We want your wedding day to reflect your personal style, and we’re happy to accommodate whichever option best fits your vision.
Our elopement ceremonies take place in our beautifully appointed Historic Locker Room, an intimate space designed to create a romantic and meaningful atmosphere for your vows.
When you arrive, your ceremony will be thoughtfully prepared and ready for you, featuring elegant ceremony drapery, a candlelit aisle with floating candles, ceremony seating, and optional arbor plants to complement the space. Every detail is carefully arranged before your arrival, allowing you to simply step in, relax, and enjoy one of the most meaningful moments of your day.
Our champagne toast is a beautiful way to celebrate the beginning of your next chapter together. This experience includes two complimentary bottles of champagne and up to 20 elegant champagne flutes, thoughtfully displayed on our signature glass shelf bookcase for a sophisticated and photo-worthy presentation.
Whether you’re sharing a toast with your closest family and friends or simply enjoying a quiet moment together as newlyweds, it’s the perfect way to celebrate your marriage in style.
Your elopement package includes a beautifully crafted wedding cake from our trusted local Publix Bakery, thoughtfully selected to complement your celebration. The cake is perfectly sized for a traditional cake cutting, beautiful photographs, and serving your intimate guest count.
Our standard cake features a classic vanilla flavor, a timeless favorite that’s sure to please. If your reservation allows enough time for us to customize your order, we’ll be happy to discuss additional flavor options to better suit your preferences.
To complete the experience, we also provide an elegant cake knife and server for your cake cutting ceremony. These items are part of our décor collection and are provided as rental pieces for use during your celebration.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on offering the flexibility to help you create a wedding day that feels uniquely yours. While our elopement package is thoughtfully designed to provide a beautiful setting with minimal planning, you’re welcome to bring a few personal, intentional décor pieces to make the space your own.
Keep in mind that the package includes two hours of venue access, so we encourage couples to keep décor simple and spend the majority of their time celebrating, taking photos, and enjoying the experience together rather than setting up decorations. Our goal is to make your day feel effortless, memorable, and focused on what matters most—your marriage.
We welcome candles, open flame is allowed but must be placed away from flamable objects. While we don’t allow fireworks, sparklers are welcomed for send off, as well as bubbles, roses, or anything biodegradable.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your favorite photographer, or we’d be happy to recommend one.

Yes! Your elopement package includes access to both our bridal suite and groom’s room, giving you a comfortable space to make any final touches, change if needed, and capture beautiful getting-ready photos.
To help you make the most of your two hours of exclusive venue access, we recommend arriving dressed and ready for your ceremony whenever possible. This allows you to spend more time enjoying your wedding day, taking portraits throughout the venue, and celebrating this special milestone together.
Our elopement package is intentionally designed for couples who want a simple, intimate ceremony rather than a traditional wedding reception. As a result, food and receptions are not included with this package.
If you’re hoping to celebrate with dinner, dancing, or a larger gathering afterward, we’d love to help you explore one of our traditional wedding packages or inquire about an intimate wedding package that better fits your vision.
Many of our elopement couples also choose to continue the celebration by gathering with family and friends at one of the many wonderful restaurants nearby. Whether you prefer an elegant dinner, a cozy brunch, or a casual celebration, downtown Gainesville offers a variety of excellent options—including favorites like Tupelo Honey and the many locally owned restaurants surrounding the historic Gainesville Square.
Yes, the Parlor Room entrance is flat and directly off the parking lot. We have a separate entrance for the lower level that leads to the Locker Room and Pool Room at the Groom’s Room. If you or any of your guests have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure everything is set up to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
We do have Wi-Fi. It is enough to host your vendors and a small amount of guests.
We have a SONOS sound system throughout the entire building that is easily paired through Wi-Fi/bluetooth. We also have a large projector in the Pool Room. Your DJ will likely choose to bring their own AV equipment for your event, which we recommend! But you can easily pair to our sound system to play your desired ceremony music.
To align with local regulations, we do have some noise restrictions in place: music must conclude by 10:00 PM, and music cannot be played in the courtyard.
Logistics & Planning
Our team handles the setup of rented décor items, tables, and chairs. We will have inclusions such as your cake and champagne toast items also pre-set so you can simply walk in, and enjoy your time.
Yes, we have a recommended vendor list available. We’re happy to provide recommendations, but you’re also welcome to choose your own vendors at this time.
Depending on availability.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays often offer the greatest flexibility. Fridays and Saturdays can be booked 6 months out if the date is still available.
Alcohol policy
To keep our elopement experience simple, seamless, and stress-free, outside alcohol is not permitted as part of our elopement package. However, every package includes a complimentary champagne toast, providing a special way to celebrate your marriage with your guests.
If you’re envisioning a larger celebration with a full reception, bar service, or additional beverage options, we’d be delighted to help you explore one of our traditional wedding packages, which are better suited for those celebrations.
Payments & Booking
To reserve your elopement date, we need a $500 initial payment. This payment goes towards the total cost of your package.
The remaining balance can be broke up however is best for you leading up to your elopement, as long as the final payment is made no later than 30 days before your special day.
To reserve your date, sign the contract online and pay the $500 initial payment. Contracts can be signed electronically, and payments can be made online, or dropped off.
