At New Holland Parlor, we empower our couples to select the perfect rooms tailored to their guest count, style, budget, and personal preferences. With three unique room combinations available, you can create the wedding of your dreams!
Option 1
Ceremony: The Locker Room
Reception: The Parlor Room
Option 1 is ideal for guest counts of 80 or fewer. The Locker Room accommodates 80 seated guests for a comfortable ceremony, while the Parlor offers space for 80 guests at the reception, leaving room for a lively dance floor. This combination is perfect for couples seeking a more classic industrial vibe.
The ceremony takes place in the Locker Room, followed by cocktail hour in the same space, with drinks served in the connected room with a built in bar. After cocktail hour, guests will ascend the stairs to continue the party in the Parlor.
Option 2
Ceremony: The Locker Room
Reception: The Pool Room
Option 2 is perfect for guest counts of 80 or fewer, due to the size of the Locker Room, which comfortably accommodates 80 seated guests for your ceremony. The Pool Room offers ample space for 80 or more guests, however if your guest count is only 60 to 80, the room still maintains an intimate feel while leaving room for a vibrant dance floor. This combination is ideal for couples looking for a unique yet versatile setting. It’s true, the Pool Room is pretty awesome!
The ceremony is held in the Locker Room, followed by cocktail hour in the same space, with drinks served at the built-in bar in the adjacent room. After cocktail hour, guests will transition to the Pool Room for a seated dinner and an unforgettable celebration!
Option 3
Ceremony: The Parlor ROom
Cocktail Hour: The Locker Room
Reception: The Pool Room
Option 3 is ideal for guest counts of 80 or more, with the spacious Parlor Room comfortably accommodating 100 to 140 seated guests for your ceremony. In this package, the Locker Room is set up with vintage furniture, midcentury modern furniture, and cocktail tables, providing ample space for guests to mingle and enjoy drinks from the adjacent built-in bar. The Pool Room offers generous space for 120 or more guests, yet retains an intimate atmosphere for smaller groups of 60 to 80, all while leaving room for a lively dance floor. This combination is perfect for couples seeking a unique yet versatile setting for whatever aesthetic you’re going for!
The ceremony takes place in the Parlor Room, followed by cocktail hour downstairs in the Locker Room. Afterward, guests will transition to the Pool Room for a seated dinner and an unforgettable dance party!

Meet, The Pool Room
Ahhh the piece de resistance! A true showstopper, the Pool Room spans 4,000 square feet of elegant space, offering a stunning backdrop for your celebration. This versatile room is equipped with a state-of-the-art DJ booth, a 15-foot projection screen, and lighting designed to capture the perfect moments. Twelve Venetian-top tables elegantly surround the pool, providing ample seating for your guests, with the option to add ivory linens for a sophisticated touch.
Your personalized sweetheart table, positioned to face the dance floor, is beautifully illuminated under eight crystal chandeliers. Customize the table with NHP décor or through a licensed vendor for a truly unique touch. For larger guest counts, we recommend assigned seating or a seating chart to ensure smooth flow and comfort.
The room also features the original 104-year-old diving board—perfect for toasts, speeches, or DJ announcements. We provide both a cake table and a gift table, and we’re happy to discuss dinnerware options included in your package.

The Pool Room is seamlessly connected to The Locker Room on the lower level, with a handicap-accessible entrance available through the Groom’s Room. For those hosting a reception in the Pool Room, there’s an adjacent area on the opposite side of the Locker Room, perfect for serving buffet-style meals if you opt for a more casual dining experience instead of plated dinner service.
The layout is designed for smooth guest flow—guests can easily access the food area through one door, grab what they desire, and exit through another, ensuring a comfortable and efficient dining experience.
For receptions, we recommend situating the bar in the cozy area off the Locker Room, allowing guests to enjoy cocktails while continuing to mingle. You’ll also have access to the Locker Room throughout the event, providing extra space for guests to socialize and relax.
